Kappl is a pretty little resort with its own ski area situated a 10 minute drive from the better known resort of Ischgl. There are excellent beginner and intermediate slopes above the village. One of the main attractions is that Kappl forms part of the Silvretta lift pass area, which covers Ischgl and Galtur, and from where you can ski across into the Swiss duty-free zone of Sasmnaun for lunch.
Kappl is a quiet and relaxed resort. It has good bars and restaurants and shops for all general needs.
